Pop-Up RemindersThis option provides one of the simplest yet most useful functions of the "Human Resource Management Module" as it will ensure nothing gets missed and it will also only remind the relevant person in your organisation.
Having set reminders in the relevant modules a user will see a pop-up reminder screen/s when they log into Crystal Payroll on or after the due date. Each reminder will appear on the main home screen with detail of the module involved based on the colour of the reminder window (each module has a different colour reminder pop-up), the reminder detail, who the reminder relates to and the due date. To close the reminder window/s select the "X" in the top right-hand corner. This will close the window but will ensure the reminder pops up again next time you log in. To remove the reminder completely, select "Acknowledge". Note: This should only be done if you have completed the appropriate task or are about to complete the task while logged in for this session. Once a reminder is acknowledged the reminder will no longer appear. |
