How to enable the Human Resource Management Module/sTo enable access to the Human Resource Management modules, navigate to "Company Settings", "Payroll Settings", and then select "Human Resources Settings".
Under this tab you will see check boxes for each of the four modules available. Select the modules you wish to use and then select "Save". The Human Resources tab will now be enabled under "Employee Settings". Adding/Editing RecordsAs is the case with other employee data, the most recent records entered against each module are displayed in the associated window. To add or edit a record, select the underlined menu option of the relevant module on the left. This will open the main record history screen for that module. In the module detail screen, you will see all records in date order. The basic process for adding or editing records is the same for all modules. You can add a new record by selecting "Add". You will see a blank record into which you can add the relevant data. To edit an existing record, select the underlined description on the left. This will open that specific record for you to edit.
