How to complete an Employee Leave Request

You will need to be logged in as an employee from the "Employee" login.




Navigate over to "Data Input", and then "Leave Request".

At the top right-hand corner of the page, the "Current Period" displayed.

To apply for leave, first choose the type of leave (Annual, Sick, etc.) you require.

If you take an entire day off, choose "One / Partial Day", select the "Date", and then enter the total hours that you would have been worked on that day. You may add notes for your manager if you need to. Select "Save".

If you take only a few hours off, choose "One / Partial Day", select the "Date", and then only enter the total hours you took off that day. You may add notes for your manager if you need to. Select "Save".

If you take off multiple days, choose "For a Period of Time" and enter the "From" and "Until" dates (inclusive of all dates you will not be at work, including weekends) that you will be taking off. You may add notes for your manager if you need to. Select "Save".

If you select "Email for Manager Approval", your Manager will receive an email notifying them of your request and will either accept, decline or alter the times shown. Your manager can also leave a comment as to why your request was accepted, declined or altered.
