How to authorise an Accountant for Online Access
From home select "Company Settings", and then "Company Users".
Select "Accountant", and then "Add".
Enter the accountant's access code, or you can enter either the accountants email address that they used to register with Crystal Payroll.
Tick the box (acknowledging your understanding of your accountant gaining access to your company information) and then select "Save".
Once saved, select "Email Accountant" to send your accountant an email letting them know that they have been authorised.
