How to set up a Payroll Giving Deduction
Select "Employee Settings", then "Employee Details". Select an employee from the left-hand side and then select "Payroll Giving" under "Other Details".
Select "Add". Enter a "Start Date", and the Donee's name. Selecting the green "Donee Name" link will open an IRD page, giving you more detail about Payroll Giving.
Now enter an amount to donate and then the bank account number and references.
When finished, select "Save".
