Integration with Domino’s and Tanda
Crystal Payroll can integrate with both Domino’s and Tanda; however, there are a few steps to importing from Tanda that you have to know to make the systems work efficiently together.
Setting Up
Navigate to “Process a Pay”, “Time & Income”. Select “Allowance” under “More Income & Deductions”.
Select “Setup Allowance Items”. Select "more...". Select "Add". There are up to four codes that you will want to enter. There are "Delivery Allowance 1" to "Delivery Allowance 4". Enter in each delivery allowance that you are using in Tanda.

Once you are finished adding the allowances, close this menu and select "Add". Select each Delivery Allowance you added from the dropdown menu, and enter the "Pay Rate" for the item. Select the blue "S..." button and save the figure. Close this menu.
Navigate to “Company Settings” and then “Import / Export”. Under “Data Import Settings”, select “Dominos” from the dropdown menu. Select Save.
Setting up Crystal Payroll Integration in Tanda
Log into Tanda. In the top-right hand corner, next to your administrator initials, select the arrow icon that is pointing downwards. Select “Integrations”. Now select “New payroll integration” in the top-right. You will need to choose the “Build Your Own Integration” option.
Arrange the data so that the format is arranged from left to right as: Shift Date; Name; Pay Codes; Hours. View the image below.
Select “Global Settings” in the top-right hand corner. Ensure that the file name has the extension .csv and that the file is sorted by Employee Number. Select “Update”, then “Save Changes” in the top right-hand corner.
Back at the integrations dashboard, select “Edit Integration” for the integration you just created. Set the name on the left-hand side, set up the Pay Groups you want the export to apply to, then "Save".
Importing
Return to Crystal Payroll. Navigate to “Process a Pay”, “Time & Income”.
On the right-hand side, select “Data Import”.
A new menu will open. Select the file you saved in a place that you would remember, then “Import”. Your timesheet should populate.
