Often when a public holiday falls on a weekend, it becomes Mondayised for some employees. For other employees, the public holiday is maintained on the weekend. If Christmas, Boxing Day, New Years, or Day After New Years falls on a Sunday, for some employees they become Tuesdayised. - If Saturday, Holiday is Mondayised.
